Ensurance and maintenance of high company competitiveness and conformity of products and services provided by STENLI-03 LTD to customer requirements and legal documents through implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Integrated management system according to international standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007;
2. To maintain high quality of works, through effective management of the available resources and optimization of the business processes;
3. To improve the technological processes through implementation of modern technical and technological solutions;
4. Constant improvement of the staff qualification through systematic activities for building and maintaining capacity for quality management, health, safety and environment;
5. Achievement of informed decision making process, based on facts together with a balance between customer requirements and company capabilities in the context of the quality management, health, safey and environment;
6. To determine the goals and tasks specific to the Health, Safety and environment at the initial level of making the business decisions and providing the necessary financial resources;
7. Effective usage of the available materials, human and financial resources and machinery in according to customer requirements;
8. Continuous effectiveness and efficiency improvement of the integrated management system;
